| Welcome to the Berkshire County Rifle and Pistol Association. The purpose of this association is to promote and develop the sport of small-bore rifle and pistol shooting in the county. The association organizes a number of team-based competitions throughout the year to encourage participation from the members of the many affiliated clubs in the county and surrounding areas. It also arranges an annual 'Open' meeting where shooters can compete against each other on an individual basis. This event for 2007 was held on Sunday September 9th at Maidenhead. The results will be published here soon. The 2008 event will be held at Maidenhead on Sunday September 7th, so make a note in your diaries! The 2007 Annual General Meeting of the Association, along with its prize-giving ceremony, was held on Wednesday 21st November, starting at 8:00 p.m., at the usual venue of St. Michael's Church Hall, Tilehurst.
